We understand that things come up! Life happens and we can’t always keep commitments or make it on time.
Due to the nature of the work, most of our team members work independently and so when we end up with a gap in our schedule due to a missed appointment, it can be a significant setback for a stylist or esthetician.
So we ask that you kindly contact us within 24 of your appointment if you cannot make it or will be running late. This allows us to move around our appointments and fill any gaps in our schedule so we can avoid a setback. And we are always happy to reschedule our time with you!
